Walk-In or Call Ahead
Call ahead to let us know you're coming or simply walk in — no appointment needed. If you call, we'll provide an estimated wait time and answer any questions. For walk-ins, our team will greet you promptly and guide you through the check-in process to ensure your pet receives timely care.
The Check-in Process
Upon arrival, our staff will ask you to fill out a brief form with details about your pet's medical history and symptoms. This process is quick and designed to prevent delays in your visit.
Once the form is complete, our team will prepare your pet for their exam. We aim to get your pet seen by a vet as soon as possible.
For added convenience, we offer digital check-in options so you can complete forms ahead of time or on-site with minimal hassle.
$99 Comprehensive Exam
During the exam, we conduct a thorough evaluation of your pet's overall health. The vet will check vital signs such as heart rate, temperature, and respiration, as well as assess hydration, mobility, and behavior. We'll look for signs of discomfort, abnormalities, or other concerns.
The $99 fee covers the full exam. If further diagnostics like X-rays or lab tests are required, we will discuss the options and costs with you before proceeding.
Discussion of Exam Results & Care Options
After the exam, our experienced veterinarians will explain the findings, and if any issues are identified, we'll immediately begin treatment. Whether your pet needs medication, wound care, or other treatments, we'll provide the necessary services on-site. If further diagnostics or specialized care are required, we'll clearly outline the next steps and coordinate follow-up with your primary vet.
Treatment & Additional Care
Our clinic is staffed by highly experienced veterinarians who are experts in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pet health concerns. If your pet needs further treatment, such as medication, bandaging, or diagnostics like blood tests or X-rays, we'll provide immediate, hands-on care. You can trust that your pet is in the capable hands of a team with many years of experience in veterinary medicine.
Checkout & Payment
We offer a wide variety of payment options, including cash, credit cards, contactless payments, and Care Credit. Before you leave, we'll review the services provided to ensure you understand the charges.
Follow-Up with Your Primary Vet
After your visit, we will send your pet's medical records and treatment notes to your primary vet. This ensures they are informed of any treatments or diagnostics. If follow-up care is needed, we'll make sure you have everything required to continue care with your regular vet.
