We maintain medical records for all patients in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. You may request copies of your pet's medical records at any time. We may charge a reasonable fee for copying services.
You authorize us to release your pet's medical records to your primary veterinarian and to specialists or emergency hospitals as necessary for continuity of care.
