Important Notice: The Bridge Urgent Pet Care is an urgent care facility, not a 24-hour emergency hospital. We are not a substitute for your primary care veterinarian. For life-threatening emergencies outside our operating hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.

Our hours of operation are subject to change. Please visit our website or call ahead to confirm current hours before visiting. We reserve the right to close temporarily due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Due at Time of Service

Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Estimates

We will provide cost estimates when possible. However, estimates are approximations only and may change based on your pet's condition, complications, or additional services required. You are responsible for all charges incurred, even if they exceed the original estimate.

Deposits

We may require a deposit before beginning treatment, particularly for hospitalization or extensive procedures. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

Decisions regarding euthanasia will only be made after consultation with you and with your explicit consent, except in cases where your pet is suffering and you cannot be reached despite reasonable efforts.

Medical Records

We maintain medical records for all patients in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. You may request copies of your pet's medical records at any time. We may charge a reasonable fee for copying services.

Release of Medical Records

You authorize us to release your pet's medical records to your primary veterinarian and to specialists or emergency hospitals as necessary for continuity of care.
